Full time Real Estate Investor, Husband, and Dad. After 13 years in the Army I decided it was time to bring my family back home and give them a better life. A life with me at home at night and the weekends. It feels great just to be able to pick my kids up from school and have dinner as a family. I grew up in Jacksonville and I love to bring these older homes back to life. With inventory so low it feels good to be able to provide quality housing for so many people. I also love to teach new investors how to properly invest their money for the long term. Education, systems, and the right team are key in investing in Real Estate and I believe my partner, Adam Locklear, and I have truly put together a system that all types of investors can benefit from.
