I moved to the Denver Metro area about two two years ago for a job that was a huge pay cut for me. I'm primarily interested in wholesaling. I'm learning a lot but still need a lot of guidance, especially with marketing. I just landed my first couple deals as a wholesaler and am eager for more. I'm always looking for buyers and any advice on marketing and talking to sellers. I believe in being straight with people and believe that when everyone wins, its a good deal.
