I am a displaced worker (kind for unemployed) due to the economy. I have several years of management and customer service experience. i found that I was lacking the one thing that everyone willing to pay over $10 and hour was looking for, a formal education. So I attend classes online @ Ft Hays State University for my bachelors in business management. That is not what brought me here though. I was looking at houses with my mother and found most realtors will not even reply to your email. that is just totally unacceptable. The realtors we did meet up with I knew more than sixty percent of them just by doing my due diligence. This is also unacceptable. So I am going to start taking a real estate course in March. I will be finished and ready for licensing by April. I live in Colorado so I need a sponsoring broker to get my license. I am like a sponge. I joined about a week ago and have read several blogs.
