S. David Vaillancourt

Dr. S. David Vaillancourt has invested and dedicated over thirty years of his life towards helping and educating people to see, improve, and use their potential to their maximum level. He has been earnestly involved in real estate for many years, starting as a part time real estate agent in 1986,then as an investor and now as an educator and investor. For the Houston Real Estate community the involvement of Dr. Vaillancourt has been a welcome addition, as he is currently serving as the Chief Academic Officer for the College of Health Care Professions, which is also based in Houston, Texas. At the moment, Gr8 Houston Homes is currently educating and supporting the real estate investment community in the metro Houston market with three primary services, as follows: (1) The first main service is, providing the NOI+ program, which is a hands-off automated monthly revenue program. This is aimed at people who own their own properties and those who lease residential and small business real estate. (2)The second main service is, buying real estate notes from people (many of them investors & flippers) who have sold their properties via the seller financing option. (3) The third main service is providing funding for local real estate rehabilitation projects. Two avenues are available for this: (a) Joint Venture equity partnerships and (b) online access to “Hard Money’’ through a leading national system of Private Money Exchange.
