I am the founder, along with my partners, of a real estate investment firm. We primarily are buy and hold investors with a cash focused strategy in both the residential and commercial spaces. Additionally, we have recently expanded our offerings to include rehabbing, management and a few other areas we are developing. While we are experienced we are firm believers that there is still a plethora of things to learn and people to meet.
