Hi all, I've been investing in residential real estate since 2002 and have personally been employing a "buy and hold" strategy for the past 18 years. I started out like most investors by purchasing a few single family homes and condos and slowly graduated to small duplexes, triplexes and just recently a small apartment complex. After aligning my goals with a business partner in 2016, I embarked upon a new journey to create a boutique REI company that purchases and manages a portfolio of small multi-family investment properties. My pursuit and passion is to learn how to create, develop, and manage multiple investment income sources (real estate, business development, finance, education) with the hope of leaving a legacy for future generations. I bring over 27 years of public sector experience working on a multitude of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. I'm friendly and outgoing and enjoy meeting new people and other real estate investment enthusiasts. Whether the market starts to cool or heat up, I'm always on the lookout for the next buy and hold opportunity.
