Grew up Richmond and currently living in Goochland. Purchased a place off mkt in 2015 and spent 1 year doing a full renovation (working at night and getting family help on weekends). Ended up loving the place and I still live in it currently. Left corporate gig in June 2017 (CPA working in Treasury and FX mgmt). Started a car lot in Jan 2017 and left corporate job to take over day to day operations until I find a suitable manager. Currently learning everything possible about real estate. Would like to purchase 1-2 flippable/rentable planes during 2017.
