My wife and I bought a house, lived in it for a year and a half but decided to move back to N.Y. where we are from. We have had great returns and a some challenging issues being landlords. We love the Real Estate conversations but learned that the responsibility can be overwhelming at times. We currently own an investment property in Trenton.
