I live in San Diego CA and invest in Detroit MI..would like to invest in CA as well...I currently own 1 home in Detroit that I want to rent and also want to buy at least 2 more for starters. I am interested in investing with little or no money down. Would also like to get into wholesaling and possibly partnership. Looking forward to connecting with educated REIs and networking with positive and influential people.
