Hey, My name is Ehi Giwa I have been working in real estate since March of 2012. I closed my first property in June 2012, in Southern California, and had it rehabbed and back on the market by August 2012. That property was then sold in 21 days. (You always remember your first!) I currently have completed projects in, Sol Cal, Dallas, TX, Waldorf, MD and Chicago, IL. Before going full time in real estate I had a professional background in project management, IT and Linux/Unix system engineering. I've also completed thousands of hours of real estate specific course and feild work. The proceeding does not include direct mentoring or active time in the field dissecting markets, processing deals and executing contracts efficiently and consistently. My company has and continues to network itself with business professionals around the country and has formulated a detailed, proven, streamlined business module that allows N.E.W. Beginnings to find, fund, buy/hold and flip properties in any emerging market, local or remote.
