Ekaterina is a Russian-American with a Ph.D. in Political Science from St. Petersburg State University, and 5 years of experience in event management,marketing & PR. Ekaterina has been involved in the design, conceptualization and built of restaurants, cafes, bars and a water park over her professional career. She has been the General Manager for the construction and development of a water park, that opened September 2015 in Thailand. She has been responsible for overseeing operations to increase management effectiveness, through communicating values, strategies, and objectives, assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring, developing incentives, managing budgets and results, allocating resources, reviewing progress, making mid-course corrections and enforcing ethical business practices, all-important attributes when managing a start-up. Ekaterina is currently a regional Director for the biggest political and economic event organizer in Russia. She has held this position for three years. She has started investing softly in real estate in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Moreover, wants to keep growing in her market and eventually overseas with the proper partners. Real Estate Goals: I am working to have 5 cash-flowing rentals in the next 2 years, in addition to completing a flip every year.
