Hi, I’m Eli. I’m a neuroscientist by trade with a PhD in Endocrinology and Animal Biosciences, and I’ve recently shifted some of my focus toward building long-term wealth through real estate investing. I’m based in New Jersey and currently launching a family venture with my brothers, where we’re starting with small multi-family properties and plan to scale steadily over the coming years. I’m passionate about using real estate not just as a wealth-building vehicle, but also as a way to create financial stability for my family. My strategy combines BRRRR and buy-and-hold, with an eye toward reinvesting, scaling, and eventually building a diverse portfolio across different markets.
