Elizabeth Luchenbill

Investor friendly real estate agent serving Atlanta and the surrounding areas. Currently focused on residential but in the process of learning all things commercial so I can really dig my heels in and offer my services on a larger (investment) scale. Investment goals—It’s all about the stack! While I currently have 3 single-family properties, (two in Ga, one in NY) they were purchased owner-occupied and not picked up with an investment mindset. That is all about to change!
