Hello, I'm new to real estate investing. My day job is tax preparation & bookkeeping and I've met with quite a few realtors, builders and contractors. I've always been interested in learning more about how to go about investing in rentals and multi-family homes. I hope to gain more knowledge from this community and network with local lenders and experienced investors on how they're making it happen.
