My husband and I bought our first three multi-family rental properties in 2006 and we have been holding steady ever since. We are now ready to step-up our game so that we can gradually walk away from life on the “cube farm”! We have learned a lot about landlording, but we now need to learn about our investment and finance options in order to take us to where we want to go. We’re here to learn, take notes, create a long term plan and hopefully meet some wonderful mentors!
