Hello! I am an aspiring real estate investor and have joined BP in an effort to learn more about real estate investing and to connect with others. I am currently in the market for my first home and am adamant about finding a property that I can also rent out, preferably short-term. My hometown, Charleston, SC, is proving very difficult to find something affordable, especially as a first-time homebuyer. Struggling but hoping to find something soon!
