Emmanuel Longo, is a born and raised New Yorker, from Corona, Queens. Licensed Real Estate Agent with Douglas Elliman Emmanuel’s adult professional life, would earn him 12 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry where he helped build numerous iconic brands from the ground, up to corporate acquisition. It was working with start up companies where Emmanuel would hone his communication and negotiation skills, and implement(include, etc) his passion and persistence, by never taking no for an answer. Thankful to the success in his former career, Emmanuel has been afforded the ability to take his life long interest in real estate, and turn it into a full time obsession as well as his next chapter. Emmanuel and his wife Own 3 properties, 2 of which they manage remotely, creating passive rental income. Instead of just stopping at RealEstate investing, Emmanuel realized his true calling of being a service to others with one of their most important investing decisions. He became a real estate agent and decided to work with the best agency, right in his back yard. Settled in Valley Stream with 3 daughters, and a pup named Spartacus, Emmanuel and his amazing wife have made Nassau county home, and are the ‘go-to’ family for restaurant recommendations and family fun activities amongst friends and family on the island. When not showing amazing listings around Nassau & Suffolk county you can catch Emmanuel shuttling his daughters to soccer and dance and looking for the next real estate investment.
