My name is Eric and I’m a new investor and new to the BP forum! I am looking to invest with my real estate partner and best friend, Robert Jenkins, in multi-family unit housing. I currently am a court liaison for a alcohol monitoring company in Ventura and Santa Barbara, as well as coach baseball to kids 6-18. I grew up playing baseball and did a little minor league ball after 4 years of college ball. I am looking to make enough cash flow to set my family up for future success.
