I’m a Director of Finance for a global manufacturing company based in Western North Carolina, and an active real estate investor. I own two long-term single family rental properties, and I have limited partner positions in two office buildings as well as a 312 unit apartment complex. I am currently in the market to purchase my first short-term rental property. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA, and CPA.
