I selected "Real Estate Consultant" as I am an investor, broker, developer, manager, owner and operator of assets across the US. Currently, I lead a 3rd Gen investment company targeting commercial real estate and small/mid-market Angel/Venture turnaround opportunities across the US. We focus on projects worth owning for the long term, and people worth investing to become our aligned partners. As a team, we perform the underwriting, financing, execution, and management for both our own projects as well as those for our clients across the globe. Over the lifetime of the firm, we have been involved with every aspect of real estate and company operations from the development of raw land into income-producing assets, to starting a company from nothing but an idea and vision. We focus on three aspects of investing that has helped up become successful for more than 40 years: 1) extensive due diligence and a planned development, 2) investing in that plan and building around key individuals who can execute, and 3) involved management to help guide a process with experience.
