Professionally I'm a dentist (USAF veteran). I have capital that I am looking to put to work and I am looking for a duplex- 4 plex to househack in Tampa area, reputable turnkey providers so I can acquire as many turnkey properties as possible. My focus is on anything in real estate that is ultra-passive in nature as I have limited time but ample capital Also currently seeking: 1. Duplex to quadplex in Tampa 2. Turnkey properties (either single or multifamily) 3. Reputable syndicator to invest with that accepts non-accredited investors. Preferably a syndicator that has been through multiple market cycles and will know how to deal with a crash
