About myself
Financial analyst for an upstream oil and gas company. Looking to build passive income. I currently own one house that I lease out to tenants that pretty much breaks even every month. It has appreciated in value. I put it on the market and am planning on using the proceeds to acquire more assets (this time with cash flow in mind).
