Hi everyone, I am a finance professional and real estate investor with an investment focus on the Greater Houston Area. Although I am currently based outside of Houston, my family and I are looking to build a portfolio of long-term single-family rentals in strong appreciation markets such as Katy, The Woodlands, and Kingwood. With a background in finance, I bring strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis, which I would leverage to identify opportunities that balance cash flow and appreciation.
