I am a 25 year old recent graduate of a construction management program. Since I began cutting my teeth in the construction industry I have been interested in flipping homes and owning rental properties. I have somewhat started my career in real estate investing by buying a home with my fiance and I'm currently finishing up a whole home renovation on our house. Day after day I continually get more and more itchy to take the plunge and start my career as a real estate investor.
