Single (divorced), 45yo. No children. My job keeps me living on the road (building power plants). Raised in the Boston area. Nothing makes me happier than southern weather - and golf. With a career that keeps me on the road i'd like to slowly acquire vacation rental properties over the next 20 years to hopefully play a role in my retirement. Probably starting with condos. Rent them as much as i can, and use them when i get time off the road. I know nothing about this business. Still trying to figure out my first step. Currently looking at properties in St. Pete Beach, Fl as my first move. I'd love every bit of guidance i can get. -Eric
