Eric Webb

Hi there, I am Eric Webb, and I have been in the San Diego, CA area for over 30+ years. Originally from Williams, Oregon. Me and my partners are Lenders in the Real Estate and in Small Business Lending space. We cater to individual RE investors or small business owners who are in need of cash resources for inventory, equipment, land acquisition, developments, flipping, wholesaling, rehabbing, etc. I also have a network of private investors who are actively looking for special RE deals in many areas.... vacant lots ready to build on, houses to be rehabbed, fix, flip or hold for rentals. They also look for mobile home parks, rental units, commercial properties and more. Me and my partners offer lending from private investors, special lending groups, and financial firms that specialize in helping small businesses and RE investors. They come in to help those who are denied by the big corporate banks. Small businesses and some RE investors are seen as not profitable by the big banks. They only focus on giant corporations or big name RE investors who need funding. We also lend money for college students who need education at the colleges or universities but cannot afford the high college fees or tuition. We also offer to help struggling small businesses who barely made it through the recent Pandemic. We help them get tax credits and grants from the US government under the Cares Act. If a small business had employees and lost money during the pandemic, many will qualify for the grant. It is not a loan, but a stimulus from the government to keep small businesses alive and employees keep their jobs. Under the Care Act, Employers and Business owners get back cash from the government for each w2 employee they have. From $2,000 up to as much as $26,000 per employee depending on what the small business qualifies for. Its not a loan, but a grant that never needs to be paid back.
