Erik Cutforth

We are excited to join Bigger Pockets and get ourselves into real estate investments! We are a married couple (Erik & Kerri) with two darling children ages 3 years and 5 months and presently reside in Southern California. With prices being what they are here, we are looking for out-of-state investment opportunities. We are presently focused on markets in Ohio and Tenneesee, but are open to other suggestions and possibilities. We look forward to learning more and meet other investors!
