I am a self-taught Rental Property investor. I got my first multi-family at the end of 2015. Currently I have 7 doors and am looking to continue to grow! I have been growing relatively slowly over the last few years, but I aim to change that this year by almost doubling my door count. I am a buy and hold investor with the goal of long term wealth generation. I am happy to share what I've learned over the years. I am a big numbers person and love playing with property analyses. Each of my properties have been cash flow positive from day 1 of rental and have never had a negative month. I started with property in LA, but have since expanded to SLC, Utah.
