Broker / Multifamily Investor and Leasing Specialist / Property Manager I'm a licensed Realtor with Becovic Management Group. I help investors, new and experienced, negotiate the acquisitions and dispositions of properties both on and off market. Client relationships are extremely important to me, and I work diligently to advise my clients through each aspect of a transaction. I started my career in brokerage as a licensed leasing agent in 2009. I quickly transitioned into multifamily property management. I managed a high-volume leasing department at one of Chicago’s top management companies with an ever-expanding portfolio in Uptown, Edgewater, Rogers Park, Albany Park, and Logan Square neighborhood. I was highly successful in maintaining a 95% occupancy rate as well as averaged a 5% rental increase over the next 3 years. In 2015 I took on a bigger role as a property manager with a portfolio of mixed use buildings, commercial properties, and HUD properties in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. It was here I returned to my brokerage roots as I began actively sourcing acquisitions for the property owners in my spare time. My clients range from large scale investors to first time home buyers.
