I'm a licensed and insured general contractor and a licensed real estate broker. I also have over 10 years experience as a commercial superintendent building structures in the Denver area from $8M up to $24M. Experience: I have flipped over 150 houses, including everything from light cosmetic rehabs to tearing off the roof and adding another story. I poped the top as the contractor to add a master suite and living room addition at 19863 E Caley Drive. I built the 110,000 SF five story retail and office building at 8181 Arista Place, Broomfield CO as the Superintendent. I built the 90,000 SF Eastern Star Masonic Retirement community in Denver as the Superintendent. I remodeled 120 units for Nest Communities in Boulder, CO as the superintendent. I built the tilt up concrete addition at the Coors Distribution Center in Denver for their automated beer distributing system. I built the 90 unit Assisted Living building "Mirasol" for the Loveland Housing Authority. I remodeled 100 units in Lakewood at the "Maplewood Apartment Complex" for the Lakewood Housing Authority. I remodeled the food courts at the main terminal and all three concourses at DIA. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to flip 50 houses in 2022. I flip houses for both myself and for my clients.
