My wife and I are tenants in Western Ma. We want to house hack a SFH in our area or close to Charlotte, NC for our first investment. We're still trying to raise capital but living frugally with a child on the way is difficult. Since we're starting with very little, and my wife is partial to peace and quiet, my plan is to house hack, making minor cosmetic upgrades while we live there and when the year is up, rent it and repeat until I can afford my first multi-family Brrrr. I'd be incredibly grateful for any and all tips, guidance, and advice that could help me achieve my goal! I'm super excited to learn from everyone!
