Hi, I am 28 years old and a long time lurker of bigger pockets. I currently reside in Orange, California and work as an engineer in training for my family owned geotechnical engineering consulting firm. I am looking to buy my first investment property, preferably looking into buying, renovating, and renting in Southern California (where I am originally from). I have read a lot about real estate and the different strategies involved with the industry. I have done extensive research and am looking to finally take a dive into the industry. I have access to capital and am now looking to network and develop relationships with other individuals.
