Just getting started. Looking for my first multiplex and will likely rent out my current place once I find a place to buy that will cash flow after I move on. While I'm there would be fantastic, but I'm also realistic. Teacher in my W2 life, and handy enougg and smart enough to know when to add sweat equity, and when to call tge contractors. Not afraid of a project.
