What's shaking BP community! SO here is the skinny. Starting in property management, I've been in Real Estate for a few years now, and have been investing for half that time. I got into everything at once. Investing and Real Estate Representation. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent for Kansas and Missouri. My wholesale buyers list is very slim at the time. I do however do have a nice sized database of overall cash buyers. Having only done a handful of deals on my own, I am looking to be a REI Rockstar (apologies to anyone who coined the phrase) I've got a wealth of knowledge from both ends, and I am hungry for more !
