About myself
My wife and are a newer real estate investors, acquiring our first property (SFH) in 2020. We live, and are currently investing in, the Atlanta metro specifically focused on SW Atlanta (30318, 30310, 30314). Our 2021 goal is to acquire our first multifamily preferably a 3-4 unit (or bigger). I am currently search for deals, making offers and educating myself on commercial (5units +) investing. Ultimately our goal is to control 20 units within 10 year (by 2030). Looking forward to connecting with the BP community.
