Born and raised in Illinois, but moved to Colorado in 2007. Trained as an attorney, but was involved in a family distribution business before going into real estate full time. Licensed Colorado real estate broker. Have done over 200 deals in over 15 states. Offering a lease option solution to Colorado consumers as well. Most of my rentals are furnished rentals...five in Colorado, two in the Tampa market.
