After reading and identifying with the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki in 2001, I knew that I had to make some major changes in my life. I had already begun my career as an educator in the public school system, but wasn't satisfied After exploring areas of small business, finance, and real estate, I found my passion in real estate investing. Early on I struggled to figure things out but caught a break along the way when I was introduced to my first mentor who had been investing for 35 years. I held on tight and we purchased hundreds of properties inside and outside of California creating cash flow opportunities for themselves and other investors. In 2007, I continued to fulfill my passion by earning my brokers license. In 2008 we saw one of the greatest real estate crashes in history. It also created a wonderful opportunity to purchase cheap properties, fix them up, and sell them for sizable profits! I created a new partnership and It was go time and we began to flip as many properties as we possibly could. It was an amazing time. I decided to break off in late 2011 to create Fortune Weavers Inc. My vision was to create a real estate investment company geared towards educating people on strategies in real estate investing and wealth building. Having been an educator, financial advisor, and real estate investor, with hundreds of completed transactions, I felt compelled and qualified to help and mentor others. So now in 2020 I own several companies that support our cause: Fortune Weavers Academy Inc, Fortune Weavers Realty Inc, TGN Construction Inc, Missing Link Financial, Missing Link Property Management, and HLH Escrow Inc.
