Hello there! I am a 22 year old student who is currently enrolled at California State University, Los Angeles with one year left to receive my BS Degree in Business Marketing. I am currently self employed and looking to invest my earnings in real estate. Originally wanted to buy and hold to multi-family properties but I believe it'd be best to start flipping homes in order to raise more money. I currently reside in Los Angeles but am looking to invest in Massachusetts, Pittsburgh, and or Connecticut area.
