I’m a real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Northern Nevada. I’m focused on acquiring small to mid-sized multifamily properties (2–20 units) with strong cash flow and value-add potential. My investment group, Salt & Light Asset Group, is built on faith, integrity, and providing quality housing while targeting strong returns. I also run two other businesses — Antonucci Lawn & Garden, a landscape design/build firm, and WasteWise Solutions, a waste management optimization company. I self-manage my rentals with strategic partnerships in the markets I invest in.
