For a long time (I'm talking about going back to the beginning of this millennium!) I did nothing but read e-mails from gurus and spend money to buy courses, sporadically watch webinars, irregularly go to meetings and seminars, everything but take action. Another issue...sadly I did not believe in using Google but we won't go there. This inability to take action had a lot to do with being a househusband and moving (14 times) all over during this period of my life. But mostly it had to do with me. My mindset. I changed that. Finally...instantly, I took action. I love it! It's been less than 2 months and I have my first property (8-units) under contract. Trying to wholesale it as I type. Now I'm finding a different kind of frustration lol as I'm finding much bigger deals (100+ units) that I'm unable to do because I don't have my team in place yet. Mostly I need the money partners. Experience, too. But still I continue. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
