I'm seasoned investor that wants to learn more I have wholesaled and flipped many deals prior to 2008 where after leveraging myself to the max I found my self without a chair in the game of musical chairs to the tune of over 1.5 mil in cash ...Ouch that hurt But have turned it around, I have been a business owner of Technology Consulting firm for over 15 years and now looking to lend money to flippers, rehab project or any real estate deal.
