Good you? I am new to real estate investing but not for long! I am an extremely driven and motivated individual who is always looking to network and learn from those who are where I want to be. I have a strange desire to do something great with the time I have been given, build an empire, generational wealth, so my daughter and anyone after her does not ever have to worry about money. To be financially free and have the freedom to go where I want and do as I please with my time. NOT trading my time for money until I am too old to do sweet F**K all and probably not have enough money to retire with in the first place! I am not afraid of a little risk, I have tried many things and went in many different directions. From Industrial Automation (where I work now), to being a grossly underpaid Personal Trainer right after purchasing our first home, nothing has spoken to me quite like the ideas of cashflow and strategies of real estate investing.
