Hi! I am new to the Bigger Pocket platform and ready to connect with new people in real estate investing. I went to UCLA for undergrad and Marshall B. Ketchum University for Optometry School and now live and practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. My husband and I started investing very casually in real estate in the 2014 with our first purchase of a quadraplex and recently acquired a rehabbed home for a short term rental. We split our time between the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley Fresno due to work and family. I am interested in learning more about the BRRR method of investing in and out of state.
