I am 27 years old, I am looking to BRRRR my way to financial freedom starting with single family and multi-family homes/buildings, eventually going commercial. I am looking to connect and network with agents, contractors, lenders, and wholesalers, and really just anyone who is willing to connect. My wife and I drive around every weekend looking for deals trying to find off market properties. Lets connect, lets help each other grow! Main goal is to be able to be FI in 7 years, that means 8 doors/yr @ $200/door after all expenses are paid/saved for. 1. network-on going 2. Restructure finances- done (will re evaluate come the first of the year) 3. Save up 3 months worth of current bills- 1/3 done should be done by end of Jan 2021 4. Continue learning- on going-6 books in, over 20 BP rookie podcasts in, multi webinars 5. Land my first multi family/sf deal by the end of 2021-still searching Updated Friday September 3rd 2021
