Been investing in Real estate since 2005 when i bought my first single family home with an apartment. Since then we (GETS Rentals our residential real estate company) have purchased duplex's and four plex's (we currently have 14 units) and am looking to start purchasing larger residential complexes. My day job is the owner of a Mechanical contracting business. We have another business Called Baranof Investments that owns all of our commercial real estate, we have approximately 10 units valued at $4.5M.
