Currently a Marine Aircraft Maintenance Officer stationed in Jacksonville NC. Just starting out as a Real Estate Investor in Eastern NC, South Eastern VA (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake) and Southern Maryland! Very interested in the “problem solving” aspect of Real Estate. Connecting distressed homeowners with a way out of a difficult housing situation is very important to me. Whether it’s connecting a seller to a buyer, allowing a distressed homeowner lease his/her way back to ownership or even allowing them to relieve the burden of ownership for the ability simply to rent a property, I cherish the opportunity to solve problems that often arise in today’s market. Much of my experience has come from Rentals acquired through numerous military moves. I have encountered pretty much every problem a land lord could have, whether it’s damaged property, natural disaster, lack of payment, extended vacancy you name it (on only two doors!). I’m excited to expand my knowledge beyond just buying where I work to elevate my family to financial freedom. MY GOAL: is to allow my Real Estate Investments to pay for a family trip abroad using only PMCF. I’m not looking to amass a insane amount of wealth, I just want to create enough generational wealth and knowledge where my family can remove our reliance of credit and interest to do the things we want in life.
