I am a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Specialist (Realtor) with skills in acquiring, brokering, buying and selling various real estate and Private Money Lending. I represent many buyers and sellers in my clientele base from real estate investors of many kinds to first-time home buyers. Currently, I am working with several real estate investors where finding and acquiring, for them, short-term or long-term real estate investment properties (of course with great Cap rates) is my specialty. Also, my experience included Consumer Home Loans such as: Conventional, FHA, VA, Rehab, Construction, Land Loans, but I now work as a Private Money Lender.
