Genevieve Vienneau

I'm a lawyer currently learning the ropes of real estate investing. I've lived in Canada, Mexico and Argentina and speak fluent French, English and Spanish. I was a travel agent in a former life. I have a passion for real estate and travel and hope to marry the two in my new adventure into real estate investing. In the next year I plan to: 1- Continue documenting my journey on IG. 2- Invest in our first multi family BRRRRs in Canada. 3- Invest in a per-sale condo or villa in Mexico for our first international STR. My goals are to progressively replace my lawyer income with real estate investing, grow our Canadian real estate portfolio, own STRs on both the Pacific and Caribbean side of Mexico and eventually in other areas of Central and South America. I'm also very interested in, and continually learning about, passive income investing. I plan to use the dividends from my investment portfolio to also supplement my income along the way.
