I'm new to the investing world. Although i'm still clearing my credit and some bad issues, i know that i will be ready to jump into real estate by Feb or March of 2016. Experience: none other than watching my Step-Father (RIP) deal with his properties in Boston back in the 70's and 80's. Real Estate Goals: I want to own my first property by the fall/winter of 2016. ...possibly a 3 or 4 unit building. Then my next building within 2-3 years after that. Currently Seeking: mentorship, education, knowledge.....direction and support.
