I am a real estate investor who touches on all aspects of real estate transaction. Buying, selling and holding, both residential and commercial properties. I started 10 yrs ago with 1 unit. I currently own a portfolio of 80 rental units, and have sold 100's of units in that span. I consider myself to be a urban real estate investor specialist. I have a knack for finding great sensible safe investments. There are a few things that make me unique in this area. One is I have built strong established relationship With people in the REO Industry, they call me first with the best deals. Secondly, I own a property preservation company in which I employee very skilled home renovation workers. I am able to buy any property (fearlessly) and make spectacular renovation for a fraction of the cost of paying a contractor.
